14 released
Vietnam has repatriated 14 Chinese prisoners as a New Year’s good will gesture to its giant neighbour and adversary. Hanoi radio said the prisoners were caught intruding into Vietnamese territory and were being released to observe the February 17 Lunar New Year. —Bangkok.
