Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT)
the Japanese telecommunications giant, reported a 16.2 per cent increase in unconsolidated pre-tax profits in the first half of the current business year to $NZ2.35 billion. Unconsolidated sales in the period to September 30 totalled $NZ32.588, up 5 per cent in the same period last year, NTT said.
