Bus service sold
Guthreys Coachlines Wellington operation, including its airport bus service, has been sold to a Gore-based group for $1.5 million. The sale is subject to a transport licensing hearing next week to determine whether a competing airport bus service is allowed on the run, a Guthreys spokesman said. The new owner, Vickers Group, would continue the service. Guthreys will concentrate on tourism in Auckland.
