‘lt’s Not My Day’

NICHOLAS THOMSON,

aged 10

It all started when I went to school. I was walking along then from behind a fence some bullies came out and bullied me. Then they bashed me up and left me there. After about quarter of an hour I recovered and walked clumsily to school. When I stumbled into the classroom everyone laughed at me. When I went to sit down, someone pulled the chair out and I sat down on the floor. I got my chair and sat down.

Everyone was laughing their heads off. After school I started walking home, I went another way this time and arrived home safely. I took off my shoes and started walking to the tap for a drink. Ow, I stood on a pin. It hurt for hours. It was bedtime. I climbed into bed. There was something slimy in the bed. It was horrible. Then I heard my brother laughing. There was never a worse day for me ever. In the morning everything came back to normal. It was much better.
