PA Wellington • The Ministry of Transport’s drink-and-drug random stopping campaign for the Christmas and New -Year holiday started yesterday. Chief Traffic Superin-
tenaent lan coooingiun said the campaign to help check the road toll would be stepped up at the week-end. Mr Coddington said the police would join traffic officers later this month.
