The brown plastic 20-litre containers were found at the Regal Lounge, Tuam Street, when a man was disturbed in the basement on Saturday morning The man was arrested and charged with unlawfully being on the premises. The containers, which may have previously been used to hold vinegar, were filled with petrol and the police would like to speak with anyone who may have filled them or noticed activity in the area at the time of the incident
