Three pacers purchased
Three pacers from All Malcolmson’s Dunedin stable were purchased last week by the Christchurch bloodstock firm of P. W. and J. A. Davies, Ltd, on behalf of Australian clients! The three pacers — Stormy Fella, Junior Robert, and Crystal Adios — will not race again before leaving for Australia on December 15. All three will "go to the Toolernvale (Victoria) stable of John McLean. Stormy Fella is a four-year-old gelding by Smooth Fella from Hurricane Anna. He has had two wins, and won his second race at Waikoualti in late October. Junior Robert, a three-year-old colt by Noodlum from Kelly Dillon, was a winner last season. Crystal Adios is a C2 four-year-old by Lumber Dream from Eve’s Pride and, therefore, a halfbrother to Young Pride, a former Canterbury horse which has had considerable success in both Victoria and New South Wales. He was a winner at Harold Park last month.
