As the North American racing season enters its last month the three-year-old pacing colt, Jate Lobell, still leads the over-all list of money-winning horses with $U51,645,598 in earnings for the year. The No Nukes colt has started 25 times for 15 wins and seven placings, and he has a handy lead on earnings over fellow three-year-old pacer and Meadowlands Pace winner, Frugal Gourmet, whose 24 starts for 13 wins and six placings have earned his owners 5U51,275,848. The sensational three-year-old trotter, Mack Lobell, which has won 13 of his 16 starts this year including the Hambleton nian, is third on the over-all list with earnings of $U51,204,133. The colt son of Mystic Park from a Speedy Count mare, Matlna Hanover, also trotted the fastest mile In history this year with a 1:52.2 performance in Illinois in August .
