Study in N.Z.
Sir,—l should perhaps simplify realities for the benefit of M. E. Hart (November 25). The term “liberation’’ is a hoax to disguise the true aspirations of the Soviet-assisted A.N.C. A oneparty Marxist dictatorship is on the agenda and, , if successful, instead of liberation, millions of blacks and coloureds wouid suffer greater suppression than hitherto. Moderate, concerned blacks are aware of this and wonder why rabble-rousing whites prefer to assist and encourage their enemy. I would gladly welcome • those black moderates into New Zealand who courageously oppose the merck less barbarians of the A.N.C. Oliver Tambo recently called for an end to necklacing. Even his Leftist supporters recoiled at such ghastly acts; that was his concern rather than the moral issue. But blacks who oppose him will still be shot, clubbed to death, hacked to pieces; or firebombed.—Yours, etc., r £ a.. BILL PARITY.’-V-Wt November 26, 1987.
