Couple found dead
PA Auckland A man and a woman died of gunshot wounds in the kitchen of their Birkdale, Auckland, home yesterday after an apparent murder and suicide. The police said the couple’s daughter, aged 15, found them lying on the floor about 3.20 a.m. Their 10-year-old daughter was also in the house.
The Takapuna police said nobody else was being sought in connection with the deaths of the man, aged 30, and the woman, aged 32.
