Japanese honour given
NZPA Tokyo The former chairman of the New Zealand-Japan Foundation, Mr John Fair, has been awarded the Japanese honour of Order of the Rising Sun, Third Class. A spokesman for the New Zealand Embassy said a former member of the foundation, Mr Butler Graham, and 1971-75 New Zealand Ambassador to J&pan, Mr Tom Larkin, h’dd been similarly honoured in the past.
