while under the influence of drink to such an extent as to be incapable of controlling the rifle properly; driving with an excess blood-alcohol level, driving while disqualified, and intentionally damaging a telephone. ROBBERY CHARGE Bail was opposed for a man charged with the aggravated robbery of a Brougham Street service station on Sunday. Noel James Eckhold, aged 37, unemployed, was remanded in custody to October 12. He is charged with robbing Paul Douglas Burford while armed with a knife, and possessing four needles and a syringe.
Sergeant Creasey said about $650 was involved in the alleged robbery.
