NZPA-AAP Adelaide South Australia’s cricket captain, David Hookes, has been told to stay away from cricket for a month because of an injured wrist “It’s a nuisance being my left hand because I
can’t even bowl or throw balls, or play tennis or squash,” he said. The back of his wrist was damaged about six weeks ago in a fall from a bicycle but soreness did not develop until some time later. 5 .
