Model tanks and soldiers were among items taken when the Bexley home of New Zealand’s World War II wargaming champion, Mr Tony Ormandy, was burgled yesterday.
Six tanks and between 60 and 70 metal soldiers, standing 25mm high, were stolen, as well as an unmade model kit of a Soviet AK47 assault rifle.
