A fair hearing for the Victoria Square tower proposal was the plea to the Christchurch City Council last evening of Mr Jamie Tulloch, the spokesman for the tower developer. He asked for natural justice to sway councillors to allow the proposal to go for debate at a town-planning hearing. The project, and Christchurch, deserved no less, Mr Tulloch said in his address to councillors. He was one of two speakers on behalf of the developer, Tourist Towers, Ltd.
