Our Prestwick wins
The former Canterbury pacer, Our Prestwick, led over the last 500 m in a race at Charlton, Victoria, yesterday, taking her record to two wins and a third in three starts in Australia.
Now rising five, the El Patron mare set a national record for a three-year-old filly over 2400 m (stand) of 3;7.9 in her sole New Zealand win. The half-sister to Gay Adam was purchased by Graeme Lang (of Scotch Notch fame) earlier this year.
