Exercise of the week
ABOVE: DO lift the leg no higher than parallel to the floor when performing side leg lifts. BELOW: DON’T lift your leg so high that your back twists. Getting the, extra height doesn’t work the desired muscle group harder; it merely causes excess stress to the back.
Aerobic exercise also is helpful in unveiling good muscle tone. By burning off excess fat, you can uncover fit and firm muscles underneath!
