American attacked
PA Wellington Wellington police have arrested six Auckland youths after an American tourist was attacked in Wellington on Saturday evening. The police said the tourist, aged 23, from Minnesota, had been walking along Aotea Quay carrying a pack when he was confronted by a group of youths. One of them demanded money and tried to attack him. He managed to escape unhurt.
