Fate of soldiers undecided

Singapore’s SolicitorGeneral would decide whether 13 New Zealand soldiers involved in a street brawl should be dealt with by civilian or military authorities, said the commander of the New Zealand Force, South-East Asia, Air Commodore Stewart Boys yesterday.
