Verona ‘ex’ date
PA Wellington Verona Corporation, Ltd, says the effective “ex” date for the takeover by Console Commercial Holdings, Ltd, is July 1. The books will close at 5 p.m. on July 3 to determine holdings for the mailing of the take-over offer document and en titlements, the company said.
