Invesco sale
Invesco Group, Ltd, has sold for an undisclosed cash sum its wholly owned radiator manufacturing company, Radiator Industries, Ltd. The company has been bought by Muller (NZ), Ltd, the New Zealand subsidiary of the listed Australian company. National Consolidated, Ltd.
