Golden Bay
Sir John Milne and Mr A. J. Jackson have resigned as directors of the Golden Bay Cement Company, Ltd. They and another director, Mr P. H. Seddon, who resigned earlier, were all British directors of the company. The vacancies have been filled by Winstone nominees. Winstone has bought Blue Circle’s 70 per cent holding in Golden Bay and plans to extend its offer to other shareholders.
