The following are the river reports provided by the North Canterbury Acclimatisation Society on Thursday.— Waiau: dirty and unfishable; Hurunui: dirty and unfishable; Ashley: clear and fishable; Waimakariri mouth and
gorge: dirty and unfishable; Selwyn: clear and fishable; Rakaia mouth and gorge: dirty and unfishable. All flows provided by the North Canterbury Catchment Board are in cubic metres per second.
