The attention of prospective applicants is drawn to the following conditions: (a) As grants generally are made to parent bodies, applications should be made only by applicants not affiliated to a central local organisation unless there are special circumstances. (b) Successful applicants will be notified by August Ist 1987. (c) Applications must be received by the Bank, no later than April 15, 1987 and must be accompanied by the appropriate Annual Report and Balance Sheet. WOMEN AND RECREATION: A course designed to introduce women to both indoor and outdoor recreation with choices (depending on the interests of the group), from aerobics, archery, horseriding, food and fitness, stress and relaxation and walking. Wednesdays, April 1-May 6,10 a..m.-12 noon. Fee $22. NEW OPPORTUNITIES: A Rangiora course, particularly suitable for women from Kaiapoi, Amberley, Rangiora and surrounding areas. This course focuses on the changing role of women, life planning, options in the areas of further education, paid work, voluntary work etc. A friendly course with lots of opportunity for discussion, plus visits and guests speaker.
