PDL stake
PDL Holdings, Ltd, has announced that It has acquired five milUon ordinary shares in Lasercorp Holdings, Ltd, representing 5.48 per cent of Lasercorp’s issued capital. PDL Holdings is negotiating to on-sell these shares, the managing director, Mr D. N. Bainbridge said.
