D. Richardson and Sens, Ltd, the Melbourne based engineering group, has bought the total shareholding of Taylor Richardson, Ltd, the Otahuhu-based company that specialises in spiral metal piping, acoustic and vibration control, perforated metals, aS well as industrial fans, blowers, and dust control equipment It was originally set up as a joint venture between Taylors, Ltd, of Christchurch, and D. Richardson and Sons.
