Director of Expo group
PA Wellington Don Hutchings, of Auckland, has been appointed marketing director of the New Zealand Expo 88 Commission.
Mr Hutchings conceived and produced New Zealand’s first Telethon and has produced subsequent Telethons here and in Australia. He was awarded the 0.8. E. in the Queen’s Birthday Honours last year for his services to television and the community.
