•The Colonial Motor Co, Ltd, has announced an interim dividend of 5c per share and a one for three bonus issue. The dividend for the year ending May 31 will be paid on April 20. The bonus issue does not rank for the interim dividend and is to be approved by a shareholders’ meeting on April 3.
