Factory break-in arrests
Two youths have been arrested in connection with a break-in at a Cumnor Terrace fibreglass factory, 10 days ago. Wave skis and accessories valued at $20,000 were taken in the burglary, according to the Christchurch police. An 18-year-old male will appear in the District Court today, on burglary charges, and a 17-year-old male will appear tomorrow. The inquiry into the burglary led the police to search a central city service station, where they recovered a large quantity of stolen goods, including clothing, chain saws and videos.
A man, aged 31, will appear in court today on receiving charges.
