Timaru fishing boat released
PA Timaru The fishing boat Buda, impounded in Timaru’s Boxing Day double murder investigation has been released to its owner. , The police say neither the present nor the past owner of the vessel were involved in the investigation into the deaths of Mr Paul Wilson, aged 21, and Mr Steven Hartley, aged 18. The alleged scene of the murder in the Scenic Reserve, Timaru, was still cordoned off yesterday and will be again today. With the investigation starting to wind down, some detectives will return to their bases in other parts of the country today. The last is expected to be away by Thursday.
