BIL acceptances
Invest ments, Ltd, said it has acceptances for 92 per cent of Andas Group, Ltd, fully paid shares and 94.9 per cent of its partly paid shares. It said that its take-over offer formally closed today. The consideration of BIL shares or cash would be allotted today and mailed to former Andas shareholders from Monday.
