Win for Cuddle Me Doo?

Cuddle Me Doo, away from racing for some months, could resume on a winning note in the Bailey Mazda Pace, the first leg of the T.AJB, double, a leg of the treble and the trifecta race at the Timaru Trotting Club’s meeting at Washdyke tomorrow. She showed considerable promise before having to be put aside and will only have to be Close to her best to prove a class above her rivals. Thorniea Is not noted for consistency, but she has raced well enough to be a winning chance. Two starts ago she was hinnerup to Patchy Boy at Forbury Park, with her stablemate, Shirt’s Lord, also a candidate for this event, back in third position. Thorniea will only need to receive a reasonable run to go close to breaking through for an overdue victory. Fly Boyden Fly made a fresh start at Addington on Tuesday, but appeared to meet trouble and was never in contention. The race is certain to have improved him and should he produce a run equal to his best of last season, he should not be far away. Nat, Lochout and Michael Grant are other prospects, while Shipmate is capable of a big run. Olympic Medal and Joe Fly appear to dominate the second leg, the Kuhtze Lager Pace, a race in which Southern Raider should also be a reasonable prospect.
