Run raised $449
Last Sunday’s Hospital-to-Hospital fun runs held by the St John Ambulance Association raised $449. Proceeds will go towards the association’s “Lifepak” heart emergency equipment fund. The organisers were pleased with the turnout of 250 runners for the two runs, a 10.6 km course from Christchurch Hospital to Princess Margaret Hospital, and a shorter course round South Hagley Park. The association is holding a national appeal this week.
