Kiwi schoolboys confident
NZPA Sydney The New Zealand schoolboy rugby league team is confident of doing one better than their seniors and taking out the first test against Australian schoolboys in Sydney today, the tour manager, Bill Whitehead, said last evening. The test is the first of three during a two-week, six-match tour by the New Zealanders, and will be played at Brookvale Oval, the home ground of the Manly club. Mr Whitehead said the Kiwi schoolboys, who ar-
rived here dn Saturday, had had only two training runs but had been matchhardened by last month’s national tournament in the Waikato. Among .the team to play today is Paul Ah Kuoi, youngest brother of former Kiwi backline star Fred Ah Kuoi. On Sunday the team spent the day at Brookvale Oval, where they got a taste of Sydney club football, watching Manly go down to Parramatta, 22-6. The team is: Paul Ah Kuoi (Auck-
