Sex education trial
PA Wanganui A sex education programme on trial in some intermediate schools in New Zealand has had a favourable community response, according to the president of the National Intermediate Principals’ Association, Mr Jim Lynch.
Mr Lynch, of Wanganui, said that principals involved in the scheme had reported that the programme had met with community acceptance.
“We were quite surprised, some of us, to hear there had been no great rows.”'
