Classy sprinter which has won six of her 13 race starts to date. Nicely drawn to further extend her excellent record tomorrow. Avondale TIDAL LIGHT (Race 3), Br f, 3 yrs,, Diagramatic-Azores, trained at Matamata by J. Gibbs and R. James. Made impressive debut as two-year-old on this course in March. Has not raced since but should now be ready to improve on that first-start second. Forbury Park MISS WHIPPY (Race 5), b m, 5 .yrs, by Pass With Care-Beryl’s Lot; trained at Ryal Bush by A. Hunter. Sound run for fifth at Oamaru when resuming earlier this month. Should be too strong for this field. Poverty Bay PARADE LAP (Race 2), Br h, 4 yrs, by Sir Godfrey-Fairy Lap; trained at Hastings by T. Whittington. Promising type which appears likely to clear maiden ranks tomorrow from handy draw. Wanganui ORIENTAL TRIBUTE (Race 9), blk m, 4 yrs, by Three Legs-What; trained at Marton by E. Rayner. Stylish maiden winner at Hastings earlier this month. Should be untroubled to repeat tomorrow.
