Nurses worried
PA Wellington Nurses would suffer more than most students under the proposed tertiary finance loan scheme, says the nurse adviser at the New Zealand Nurses’ Association, Ms Patricia French. Nursing students already faced greater than average student costs because of clinical travel and accommodation, and the new scheme would be another financial burden, she said.
