The project is being phased out, but residents from Dunsandel were out in force on Saturday planting about 40 of the 150 trees that were given to them under the project Further trees will be placed along Highway 1 from Rolleston to the Rakaia bridge next Saturday. Dunsandel school children will also join in and plant trees after they return to school for the third term.
