Kiwi tea drinkers
NZPA London New Zealanders are the second-biggest tea drinkers in the world, each person averaging 889 cups a year, according to figures published by the
British Tea Council. Top of the league are the British, with an average 1355 cups each. With Britain’s population standing at 55 million, it means almost 75 billion cups of tea are poured a year.
