Mr, Stuart Walbridge, an operations executive with Brierley Investments, Ltd, has, joined the board of Fernz Corporation, Ltd. Fernz is a BIL associate company. Mr Walbridge fills the vacancy left by the recent retirement of Mr G. B. Johnstone, who had been a member of the board for 13 years.
