Public Notices CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL STOPPING OF PORTION OF LEINSTER ROAD 2 PUBLIC notice is hereby ■ given that pursuant to Sections 319(h) and 342(l)(a) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Christchurch City Council has resolved to stop that portion of Leinster Road described in the Schedule hereto.. SCHEDULE Portion of Leinster Road being all that parcel of land situated in the City of Christchurch and described as follows:AREA: 98 sq m SHOWN AS: A SURVEY OFFICE PLAN: 16779 ADJOINING LAND: Parts RS 133 (CT 384/35 Ltd CT 208/ 47 and CT 898/222 Ltd) PURPOSE The land is no longer required for road widening purposes under the Council’s District Scheme. The portion of Road when stopped will be sold to the adjoining owner. The land has never been ’formed as road and is occupied as part of the adjoining section. The abovementioned plan may be Inspected during normal office hours at the Design Division of the City Works and Planning Department, Christchurch City Council, Civic Offices, 163 Tuam Street.
