More South Africans
NZPA-AAP Canberra The Australian Government said yesterday that non-white migration from South Africa would be increased under the special humanitarian and refugee programmes. The recent rapid increase in white South African migration, largely under the business and skilled migrant categories, was expected to be reversed under tighter screening against applicants with racist or proapartheid views.
