Broadcasting decision soon
PA Wellington The Chief Justice, Sir Ronald Davison, has reserved his decision on whether the Broadcasting Tribunal should accept more evidence from the Broadcasting Corporation. In the High Court at Wellington yesterday, Sir Ronald said he would give his decision soon. The B.C.N.Z. asked the court to review ?. the tribunal’s decision riot to admit evidence from the B.C.N.Z. chairman and chief executive, during hearings into the granting of a warrant for a third television channel.
