Regal Time may still come south
Special correspondent Palmerston North Regal Time may still travel south for the Grand National Steeplechase at Riccarton, according to his trainer, Mark Oulaghan. The Hawke’s Bay steeplechase winner, which ran second in the, Wellington Steeples, may also be set for the Pakuranga Hunt Cup. After the Trentham run, Oulaghan was doubtful about a trip to Riccarton, as was his rider, Michael Gillies. “We’ll see what the field is like before deciding,” Oulaghan said yes- .
