Rainbow holdings
PA Wellington Rainbow Corporation, Ltd, now holds 8,266,728 Rothmans ordinary shares and 1,350,016 Rothmans 15.5 per cent preferences, Rainbow said in a statement to the Stock Exchange. This gives Rainbow a 16.7 per cent holding of Rothmans ordinary shares, and a 23.2 per cent holding of the preference.
