The debate was interrupted when the House adjourned for lunch at 1 p.m. The debate continued when the House resumed after lunch at 2 p.m. The debate was interrupted when the House adjourned for dinner at 6 p.m.
The debate continued when the House resumed after dinner at 7 p.m.
As the House was still under urgency, the debate was continuing at 11 p.m. It was interrupted when the House rose at midnight. The debate will continue when the House resumes at 9 -la.m. today. 3
