Harrison fined
PA Ashburton Colin Harrison, the driver of Golden . Wave in the Dunhill Ploughs Handicap at Ashburton on Saturday, was fined $lOO for careless driving. Golden Wave struck the sulky of Fly Boyden Fly with 1300 m to run checking that horse and Sapphire King. Watbro Kilt, trained and driven by John Boyd, was stood down from penaltybearing events for one month. He broke several times in the running of the same race. Tom Cavil, the trainer of Koobercar, was fined $25 for failing to notify a driving change. Kevin Townley had been notified as the driver but was replaced by his father,
