New magazine for industry
A new grocery magazine will help retailers and manufacturers keep a close eye on the industry. The magazine, “Supermarketing,” was first produced in November. Regular publication is planned to begin next month. "Supermarketing” is produced by an Auckland company. It aims to promote the New Zealand grocery trade and keep readers up to date with developments and issues
in the industry. It includes sections on new products, packaging, promotions, retail strategy, market data, and news from the industry. These regular sections will be backed up by feature articles about New Zealand and overseas topics. The first issue included features on sales representatives, new product failures, supermarkets in the United States, and store evolution.
