Hold your arms comfortably in front of you, thigh level, with your elbows slightly bent Photo B: Gently roll your head to your left side, as you straighten your legs, until you are looking directly to your left. Reverse movements to the right side and continue by alternating sides. Remember to keep your movements slow and smooth.
