Gas plant planned
PA New Plymouth Petrocorp plans a multl-million-dollar gas treatment plant at Waitara to be working by the winter of 1989. Petrocorp says that the increasing use of gas in the North Island means that if no further gas treatment facilities are built, the company may be unable to supply suitable gas to customers.
